1. Your Right to Cancel & Return (Online Orders - Distance Selling Regulations)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you purchase an artwork online, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to request a return, starting from the day you receive the item.
Exceptions:
• Custom-made or commissioned artworks are non-refundable unless faulty.
• Digital downloads (e.g., digital art files) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

2. Condition of Returned Items
Returned artworks must be:
✅ In their original condition (undamaged, unaltered, and securely packaged).
✅ Returned with any original certificates of authenticity (if provided).
✅ Sent using a tracked and insured postal service to prevent damage.
If the artwork is returned damaged due to inadequate packaging, I reserve the right to deny the refund or offer a partial refund.
3. Refund Process
Once I receive the returned artwork and verify its condition, refunds will be processed as follows:
• Full refund (excluding shipping costs) issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method.
• If the artwork is damaged in transit during return, I may offer a partial refund.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, you have the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Steps to follow:

• Provide clear photos of the damage for assessment.
• I will offer either:
• A similar replacement or choice of another artwork (if possible)
• A full refund (including return shipping costs, if applicable)
Note: If damage is due to courier mishandling, I will assist with a compensation claim but cannot guarantee reimbursement.
5. How to Initiate a Return

6. Return Shipping Costs
• If returning an item due to a change of mind, the customer covers return shipping costs.
